Avoid Renting from This Company! We recently rented a scooter and returned it with a minor scratch on the top case (you can see the extent of the damage in the picture). Despite the scratch being minimal, the company charged us for replacing the entire top case, claiming it was provided without any scratches. Legally, they may be within their rights, but the way they handled the situation - like refusing to call a manager on the spot - made it clear that this is their standard operating procedure. It seems their real profit doesn’t come from rentals but from scamming customers by charging exorbitant fees for the tiniest damages. Stay away from this company! By the way, we’re in the process of moving here and were considering buying a new scooter from them. Thanks to their shady practices, they’ve lost a potential long-term customer.
