I honestly don’t even have the words to express how incredible my experience was. I came in with a major issue: my rear shock had leaked, all the oil was gone, and my motorcycle was bouncing uncontrollably. I explained the situation to the owner – I had ridden 2500km from the Netherlands and was heading to Morocco the next day, so I needed a quick fix. Despite the language barrier and being a foreigner, the owner was kind, accommodating, and didn’t treat me any differently. He made me feel welcome and ensured I was in good hands. He couldn’t promise anything but said he’d do his best to help. One of his team members stayed late to fix my shock, and within 24 hours, I got the call that it was ready! I can’t describe how happy I was when I got that call – it honestly felt like a little kid’s excitement. This kind of service is so rare nowadays. When I picked up the shock, the owner walked me through everything, gave me a clear invoice, and there were no surprises. I spent another hour chatting with him – lots of laughs, and I could’ve talked to him for days. What an amazing person and a fantastic team! The workshop was clean and well-organized, showing their expertise. I highly recommend them to everyone. I can’t thank them enough and wish them all the best. God bless! ❤️
